1. Have a work spot

2. Pretend you are going to the office

While staying in your pajamas all day may sound comfy, it’s not the smartest move to make when working remotely. Instead, pretend you’re actually going into the office and you’ll be less likely to crawl back into bed later in the day. Get up early, shower, have breakfast, make yourself some coffee, and be at your desk at the same time every morning.

3. Have a plan

Write out a to-do list and stick to it throughout the day. This will help you stay motivated and keep track of what you need to do.

4. Schedule in breaks

Just because you don’t leave your house doesn’t mean you don’t deserve a break. In fact, short breaks could help you be more productive. Allow yourself to relax and recharge every once in a while.

5. Remain consistent

While it’s ok to occasionally allow yourself to sleep in or take a longer break, remaining consistent is the key to finding perfect work-life balance.
